You don’t have to mind necessarily…but its necessary to be mindful.
Let me give you an example….
Think of a problem you have. Now ask yourself, ‘Why, did this happen to me?’
Where does that question lead you?
Now ask… ‘What can I do about this problem?’
Notice where that brings you instead.
Worrying only brings you down a negative road, instead ask questions that lead you down a more beneficial path.
The secret to change is to focus all of your energy not on fighting the old but on building the new. The secret to Mindfulness is to fill your mind with the right questions and the right thoughts. You get more of what you focus on.
Either way you decide to go its your choice. Your mind will work perfectly for you and look for the answer, so you might as well make it a good direction.

Focus on being grateful every day and notice how much more gratitude you feel within.
Focus on not just looking but observing, not just eating but tasting, not just sleeping but dreaming, not just thinking but feeling, not just existing but living.
Being Mindful is being present and being present is truly living.
