THE LIVING OPEN EXPERIENCE

What if you didn't wait until January to change what happens next?
What will happen by choosing now!

Three extraordinary days in the Wicklow Mountains

24th – 27th November 2026 The Deerstone · Wicklow Mountains · Ireland

For the one who's ready to
get out of the noise

Look underneath what’s really been happening and create what comes next from somewhere different.

An intimate group, three nights in an extraordinary private hideaway and the space to step away from everything that normally demands your attention. Over those three days we will work with SourceWorks, NLP, guided hypnosis, rewiring and deeper subconscious processes, while also having very real conversations around business, money, receiving, visibility, identity, relationships and what is next. And around all of that there will be beautiful food, woodland walks, hot tubs under the November sky, saunas, ice baths, fires, long conversations, laughter and something we very rarely give ourselves enough of…TIME.

Maybe you already know what you want. Maybe it is more money, more space, a bigger business, a different business, greater visibility, a decision finally made, a relationship changed, something launched or something finally let go.

Perhaps there is something you have been talking yourself in and out of for months. Or perhaps you cannot quite put your finger on what comes next yet. You simply know you are ready for something to change.

Because here is what is interesting…

You can consciously know exactly what you want and still find yourself stopping just short of it. You can know the business strategy and still not implement it. You can want more money while something underneath makes receiving it surprisingly uncomfortable.

You can say you want greater visibility and still find extremely clever ways to remain unseen. You can say you are ready for something different while continuing to make decisions from the same beliefs, patterns and identity that created where you are now.

So perhaps the most interesting question is not only..What do you want?

IF YOU WANT IT, WHAT'S BEEN STOPPING YOU FROM HAVING IT .. up to now? That is where things become interesting. And that is the conversation we are going to have.

THREE DAYS OUTSIDE YOUR NORMAL LIFE

THREE DAYS OUTSIDE YOUR NORMAL LIFE

Imagine stepping away from everything for a moment

Not just for a Zoom call, another workshop or a day where half of your attention is already on what you have to do when you get home. Actually away.

You arrive in the Wicklow Mountains on Tuesday afternoon

Your bags go into your cottage, your phone can wait and someone else is cooking dinner. For the next three nights, there is nowhere else you are supposed to be.

There is
simply space

Space to think, talk, notice, receive and allow something to emerge that perhaps could not get your attention while everything else was shouting louder.

AND THIS IS WHERE WE'RE DOING IT...

THE DEERSTONE

The Deerstone is a luxury eco hideaway tucked away in the Wicklow Mountains,
close to Glendalough and surrounded by woodland.

This is not a hotel conference room with a flipchart.
You will stay in beautiful cottages with en-suite bedrooms,
cosy living spaces, stoves, reading nooks and outdoor hot tubs.

We will have the Roundhouse, a beautiful circular timber space overlooking the Avonmore River, for the work we want to take deeper. And around us there is woodland, saunas, ice baths, a hydropool swim spa, hot tubs, quiet places to disappear with a coffee, fires, beautiful food, long tables, robes, spa towels and walks.

The environment is not simply where the experience happens.
THE ENVIRONMENT IS PART OF THE EXPERIENCE.

WAKE UP HERE

DO THE DEEPER WORK HERE

DISAPPEAR FOR A WHILE HERE

EAT, TALK AND LAUGH HERE

And somewhere amongst all of this,
things start moving.

THIS IDEA ACTUALLY STARTED
IN ROME...

Often people come, to work privately with me for three days. And recently I started to notice something… We certainly did not spend three days sitting in a room doing “sessions”.

We walked through Rome, talked over coffee and pizza and wandered through little cobbled streets and big piazzas.

Sometimes the conversation seemed completely ordinary and sometimes we were somewhere much deeper. Very often, the deepest work was happening when it probably did not look like “work” at all. That is very much how I work.

Subconsciously and underneath the obvious conversation. Being away from their normal environments made me notice something again. Away from the routines, responsibilities, calls, work and constant interruptions, there was space.

Real space.

And in that space, things moved. I watched people arrive one way and leave three days later differently, because we finally had enough time to go where the work wanted to go. When I came home, I kept thinking about this.

What if I deliberately created an experience around THIS? And so…. The Living Open Experience was born.

Sometimes it's hard to explain this work until you experience it.

“It’s like I’ve been set free inside. The shackles are finally off.”

This is where it gets different Danielle and the work.

I’ve worked with NLP, subconscious change, language and human behaviour for more than 15 years — training coaches and practitioners as well as working privately with people around the world.

Over the years that work has evolved into SourceWorks™, my deeper body of work around the language, subconscious patterns, identity and internal processes influencing what we create.

Normally, when people spend this amount of time immersed in this work with me, they’re training in NLP or working with me privately. This time is different.

You don’t have to learn it so you can use it on somebody else. You don’t have to want a qualification, become a coach, or train as a practitioner.

This time, you get to experience the work for you.

We’ll listen to the language you’re using, without you even realising what it may be revealing. We’ll look underneath what you consciously say you want, and notice the patterns, contradictions, decisions, identity and conversations you may have been having with yourself for years.

We’ll work through SourceWorks, NLP, guided hypnosis, subconscious work, conversation — and the moments that could never have been written into an itinerary beforehand. Because I don’t know exactly what’s going to walk through that door with you. And I don’t want to pretend I do.

Personal or business? Both.

I’ve never really understood why we try to separate them so completely — personal development over here, business strategy over there. Except the same person walks into both.

Your beliefs walk into your business with you. Your relationship with receiving shows up around money. Your self-belief affects how visible you’re prepared to become, and your boundaries show up in your relationships.

Your identity influences what you charge, what you ask for, what you tolerate, and which opportunities you’re prepared to say yes to.

So we’re not separating those worlds here. We can talk about your business, offers, money, visibility, relationships, confidence, decisions, receiving, what you’re tolerating, what you want and what comes next. And then we can look underneath all of it.

Because changing the strategy without changing the conversation underneath it can simply create another version of the same result.

So what actually happens?

There is not going to be a laminated minute-by-minute itinerary waiting on your bed. Deliberately.

There will be structure — deep work, SourceWorks, NLP, guided hypnosis, meditation and visualisation, business and money conversations, morning rituals, group experiences and time together.

But there will also be plenty of space around all of that. I want the freedom to follow what’s actually happening in the room.

Something may come up over breakfast that becomes part of our work that morning. We may be in the Roundhouse going somewhere much deeper, walking through the woodland having a conversation, or sitting around the fire that evening when something suddenly lands very differently.

That’s not time outside the retreat. That is the retreat too.

And yes you're also allowed to enjoy yourself

This isn’t three days of emotional excavation from breakfast until bedtime. There will be joy.

Beautiful food prepared for us, hot tubs under a November sky, saunas, the hydropool, ice baths if that’s your thing, woodland walks, coffee, fires and long dinners.

There will be optional massages if you’d like one, a glass of wine if you fancy it, conversations that don’t have to end because somebody has another appointment, and probably a lot of laughing.

We’re allowed to enjoy becoming, too.

Imagine

Wednesday morning

You wake up in the Wicklow Mountains and there’s nowhere else you have to be. Maybe you make coffee and wander outside. Maybe we begin together with a morning ritual.

We eat, talk, work and walk. Something emerges, and we follow it.

There’s no rushing through a presentation because lunch is at one. There’s time for the conversation after the conversation, time to sit with something, and time for what happens at 9pm to be just as valuable as what happened at 11am.

And tomorrow, we get to do it again.

NOW IMAGINE LEAVING

Your bags are back in the car and you’re driving away from the Wicklow Mountains. But you notice something.

Maybe the thing you’ve been going backwards and forwards on doesn’t feel like such a question anymore. Maybe you’ve finally made the decision, or recognised a pattern you couldn’t see while you were inside it. Perhaps something you’ve been carrying doesn’t feel quite so heavy. Maybe you’re looking at your business differently, your money differently, a relationship differently, or yourself differently.

FRIDAY REFLECTION

Rather than arriving at January 1st trying to manufacture another set of resolutions, you’re already moving. Because what interests me isn’t simply how you feel while you’re at the Living Open Experience. It’s what happens afterwards.

What do you create? What do you launch?

What conversation do you finally have? What do you stop tolerating? What do you allow yourself to receive?

What opportunity do you say yes to? And what changes, because you changed something?

And then there's the room itself

I’m deliberately keeping this experience small. Not because Living Open can’t hold more people — it can. Because I don’t want more people.

I want intimacy. I want to know who’s there, and I want enough space to hear what’s actually being said. I want to notice the conversation underneath the conversation, and have the freedom to follow something when that’s where the work is.

I also want the people in the room to actually get to know one another.

Particularly when you’re in business, life can become surprisingly lonely. You can talk to clients all day, be on Zoom calls, post online and know hundreds or thousands of people — and still rarely get three uninterrupted days around a table with interesting women having real conversations.

Someone may have experience in something you’ve been trying to figure out for months. A breakfast conversation may give you an idea you hadn’t considered. You may meet a collaborator, a client, or a friend.

Or perhaps you simply sit beside somebody at dinner and think: where have you been all my life?

We don’t know. And I rather like that.

Who is this for?

You have ideas you’ve been sitting on, decisions you’ve been circling, or things you say you want while noticing that somehow you keep stopping just short of fully going for them. And you’re not looking for another three days of being told things you already know.

You want something to actually move.

You want space to think, be challenged, laugh, receive, and have the conversations you haven’t been having. You want to understand what may be happening underneath what you consciously say you want, and you want to change this.

And you want to spend three extraordinary days around people who are willing to have those conversations too.

If you’re reading this thinking, “Yes — this is the room I want to be in…”

I have never created this particular experience in Ireland before

I have run trainings, one-day experiences, international programmes, and worked intensively and privately with people for years. But I deliberately don’t want the first one to be big.

I want intimacy, freedom and time. I want the conversations that happen because nobody has to rush away — the unexpected bits, the laughter, the work, the mornings, the dinners, the fire, and the room itself.

And I would love you to be one of the ones in it.

The Living Open Experience
24–27 November 2026 · The Deerstone · Wicklow Mountains · Ireland

Let’s see what three days can do.

Questions before you decide.

Perfect. You don’t have to know anybody else, and you don’t have to arrive as the loudest one in the room. You also don’t have to have everything figured out before you come, or arrive knowing exactly what your “big breakthrough” is supposed to be. You arrive as you. We’ll start there.

That’s absolutely fine. This isn’t a business mastermind disguised as a retreat, and it isn’t purely a personal-development retreat either. We’re working with the person and what you’re creating. For one person that may predominantly be business. For somebody else it may be money, identity, confidence, receiving, relationships, or a decision about what comes next. There’s not one correct reason to be in the room.

No. You’re not coming to be tested on anything, and you don’t have to understand the methodology before you arrive. You get to experience it.

Yes. I want space built into this, because space itself is part of the work. You don’t have to participate in every sauna, ice bath, walk or late-night conversation. There are beautiful places around Deerstone where you can disappear for a while. This isn’t about performing “retreating” correctly.

No. Massage treatments are available separately and can be booked during the retreat, subject to availability.
